Mira has a problem. No matter what world she transmigrates into, she always ends up as the villain. Evil empress, backstabbing noblewoman, or highschool meangirl; she's been them all and this time is no different. She wakes up as Violet Coventry, the infamous antagonist of the three-part dating sim game Lost Daughter. In the original story, Violet (allegedly) bullied the sweet heroine Cecily Rousseau out of jealousy over her connection with the handsome Prince Andrei—who also happened to be Violet’s fiancé. Awkward. Naturally, the scandal destroyed her reputation and she left school in disgrace....which is exactly the moment Mira arrives and inherits the entire mess. Now she’s stuck with: - Patchwork memories of her host's life- A ruined reputation that her host may not have deserved- An ex fiancé who hates her and he doesn't care who knows it- A mysterious illness no one seemed to know about until it killed her host Oh, and it turns out her 'love rival', the game's heroine, is now her secret, long lost sister. Fortunately, Mira has a lot of experience in surviving and thriving in these kinds of trope universes. Unfortunately, the third installment of Lost Daughter didn't get released before she died last time, so she has no idea what the end game has in store for her. What to Expect: - OP protagonist who must overcome the challenge of being nerfed by her new body - Mystery as Mira uncovers the difference between fiction and her new reality - Found Family - Belle Epoque Flavored Magical Realism Book One is fully written and is in the process of being edited ahead of the posting schedule.
