The Warrior's Pride (DARK FANTASY) [BOOK 1 COMPLETE, BOOK 2 ONGOING]

Zyryxa is the best. The goddess’s most powerful, beautiful, and compassionate gift to her tribe. She will bond the mightiest ice dragon and all will adore her. Until she learns that she is not, in fact, the best. When war erupts between the Ice and Fire Tribes, the death she is forbidden to mourn ignites a relentless thirst for vengeance. Zyryxa ventures across the deadly realm of Volqor, braving draconic beasts, merciless cold, and Fire Tribe warriors. But the gravest threat may be the cruel dragon knight who yearns to forge her into his weapon.  Joined by companions battling their own inner demons, Zyryxa must survive her greatest enemy: her own divinedamned pride. ------------- Book 1, The Warrior's Pride is complete. Book 2, The Knight's Fall, releases on Monday-Friday, and is completely drafted. ------------- Content Warnings: -Sexual content. Mostly comic humor with a dash of brief spice far between. -LGBTQ. The protagonist is bisexual and a large portion of the society is bisexual and polyamorous. This is a minor factor in the story rather than a central feature. -Heavy grief themes. Loss of family. Loss of identity. There is a balance of more lighthearted humor and classic OP barbarian fantasy as well. -Military violence. Done through the lens of compassion rather than glorification. This does include implied sexual violence. -Psychopathic primary antagonist. Gaslighting galore. A heavy dose of cruelty.
