Once feared as the Queen of Shadows, Eydis now faces her greatest humiliation: high school. Stripped of her magic, her kingdom, and most egregiously, her Pride, she’s stuck in the body of a weak, wimpy teenager with no power, allies, or money. As for her terrifying familiars, well… “it’s complicated.” And let’s forget about that eldritch eye watching from the heavens (debatable), ominously known as… the Eye. Anyway, external, albeit grotesque, threats aside, there was also her past coming up against her. Eydis knows shadows always trail after her. The question is whether she will stand in them once more as their queen, or be swallowed by them, piece by piece. Chapter updates weekly, weakly. Cover Art: mine.
