This Curse

A predator stalks in the shadows of a sleepy old time village. The population grows tired of Captain Alius and his book of empty answers.  Death blooms in the darkness and creeps into the houses at the dead of night. The hearts of the people blacken and their resolve corrodes. The peoples of the village have a history mired in sin that haunts them in waking dreams. As their realities warp and the village descends into insanity; a waiting evil is primed to strike and once again feast. Blood will flow. The real monsters will reveal themselves. This curse will collect.
