On Halloween night, the supernatural world holds its annual summit, angels, demons, and every faction in between debating the rules that govern humanity's souls. Possession rights. Prayer overload. Soul taxation. The coming apocalypse. But while immortals argue policy, the Sancti Crucis, an ancient order operating within the Catholic Church's deepest shadows, fight for their lives above ground. The veil between worlds has thinned. The restless dead are clawing their way back.
