Once renowned scientists and game developers, Daniel and Kate Blade mysteriously disappeared when Nathan was only six years old, leaving behind their fortune, their company, and secrets Nathan has yet to uncover. Now, while attending high school, Nathan begins learning about the history of New Earth. What starts as an ordinary history lesson slowly becomes connected to the unanswered questions surrounding his parents. As Nathan digs deeper, he may discover that the war, the government, his parents' disappearance, and the strange forces maintaining Earth's stability are connected in ways he never imagined. Project Ascension is a science-fiction mystery about a boy uncovering the hidden truth behind his family's past—and the world he thought he understood.
