The Summoned Sage

Mile has lived in isolation for thousands of years, mastering magic to an absurd degree and leaving the affairs of kingdoms behind. When the Kingdom of Valdris performs an ancient summoning ritual to call forth a hero capable of stopping the returning Demon King, they expect a champion from another world destined to save them. Instead, they summon Mile. Now, with the seal beginning to fail and traces of Velanthor’s magic resurfacing, Mile must uncover what truly happened five centuries ago. Because the kingdom didn’t just summon a powerful mage. They summoned someone who was there.
