Fractures

Humankind is at war with a threat from beyond this world. After demons invade, humanity is forced to assemble. This Union of mankind sends out Hunters to stem the tide of endless demonic hordes. But this united front is not representative of humanity, as even amidst this struggle for a species' survival, other factions have their own ideals. Nalou, a soldier whose dark past taints her every move, even as she desperately attempts to flee it. Adelio, a monarch thrown into a role he wasn't ready for, forced into cruelty through circumstance. Khroma, the leader of the Seers, who firmly believes the demons should be the rightful winners of the war. Or Valen, belonging to yet another faction, struggling with his identity and place in the world amidst the circumstances he is forced to face.  Fractures will study and dissect these and many other PoV characters to the utmost extent. Nobody will leave unchanged. I hope you enjoy your time with these people. Remember. There are no winners in war.
