The life i never wanted

Afia never wanted to be extraordinary. After losing her mother under mysterious and tragic circumstances, Afia is left with questions no one seems willing to answer. Why was her mother so determined to break the rules of the Velariyans? Who was her father? And what was the danger her mother warned them about before her death? When Afia discovers that she possesses abilities far beyond anything the Velariyans have ever seen, she is forced into a world of ancient rules, powerful magic, deadly creatures, vampires, and secrets buried deep within the mysterious Velariyan Headquarters. She never wanted to become one of them. But if she wants the truth, she has no choice but to become strong enough to face it. As Afia learns to control powers she barely understands, survives dangerous trials, and discovers pieces of the life her mother left behind, she begins to realize that becoming a Velariyan may cost her more than she ever imagined. And then there is Draven. Some rules exist to protect you. Some exist to keep the truth hidden. And some were never meant to be broken. This is the life Afia never wanted.
