The Mountain That Owes Spring

Every year, the villages surrounding Mount Cangwu celebrate the Festival of Returning Spring. They decorate their doors with willow branches, prepare offerings, and wait for the mountain's snow to melt. But the snow has not melted for three centuries. The mountain is home to one of the oldest cultivation sects in the empire. Its disciples have produced exceptional sword cultivators, alchemists, and formation masters. The sect teaches that the mountain's eternal winter is a blessing from an ancient immortal. A young woodcutter named Lu Heng does not believe this.
