The noble House of Forta Liza is the "Southern Shield"—a starving border barony left to bleed in the mud by a corrupt kingdom. Following a catastrophic tragedy that leaves the barony completely ruined and its people left for dead, the young heir, Damian Forta Liza, drags his broken body into a hidden border cave to hide. There, buried deep within the stone, he discovers a massive, ancient metal blast door leading to a forgotten bunker packed with advanced, modern military technology. No reincarnation. No magical game menus. Armed only with his native engineering genius and a burning rage for vengeance, Damian unlocks a lost industrial world. The corrupt nobles think the Southern Shield is finished—completely unaware that Damian is about to build a 21st-century war machine of gunpowder, sniper positions, automated landmines, and trench warfare to completely annihilate his enemies.
