THE FIRST ECHO: Elias Vale has spent years preserving the memories of people who claimed to witness things that could not be explained. To him, the Archive is simple: people remember, people record, and someone eventually decides what is worth keeping. Then he discovers a cassette that should not exist. The recording belongs to an unidentified man who claims that, after three sleepless nights, he encountered a stranger on an empty road. The stranger knew his name. He spoke in his voice. And he claimed to be an Enamation (Angel) named Gabraēl. At first, Elias dismisses the recording as the testimony of a frightened and sleep-deprived man. But the account contains details that become increasingly difficult to explain. The man's wife remembers seeing someone standing beside their bed. She remembers the stranger's name. And she remembers something the man himself cannot accept: He looked like her husband. As Elias investigates the cassette, he begins discovering inconsistencies within the Archive itself. Records appear where they were not before. Warnings change between readings. Memories refuse to remain fixed. And eventually, Elias hears a recording in his own voice, though he never made one. What begins as an investigation into a forgotten testimony becomes something far more disturbing: the possibility that the phenomenon described on the tape does not merely imitate people. It remembers them. And Elias may have already been part of the recording long before he ever heard it. The first echo has been heard. Expectation for this series: 2 Books/Week •Set to have 20 books. •About 5 chapters/book, about 2k words/chapter •Inspired by Mandela Catalogue, however its my own story!
