5 new chapters, every day, until the end of time. What if magic only worked when no one was looking? And what if this was just the tip of the bullshit iceberg that is modern day magic? Magic is alive and everywhere in modern day Sydney, it’s used to make coffee, clean carpets, and smite enemies. Amy, Baron, and Thomas’ ‘Elite Magical Protection Services’ has made a business of disrupting the complicated and annoying conditions modern magic relies on. They are not good at it. Their low stakes world is turned on its head when a botched job attracts the attention of competing dark magical organisations who, wildly overestimating them, mistakenly believe Amy’s crew have discovered deeply guarded magical secrets. If they want to survive the trio will have to overcome their own personalities and expose the secrets and lies their society is built on. On the way they discover the suppressed truth about magic, a hidden world of government murder wizards, a city of powerful monks that secretly floats around the world’s oceans, and add other misfits to their dysfunctional family as they blunder their way to freedom. This is a re-upload of 'Magic for Cowards', freshly edited, and shared here since I can't seem to bully or trick anyone into publishing it.

Traffic and conversion both sit mid-field for a story this size. Growth here compounds from consistency: steady cadence feeds traffic, and a sharper hook lifts what each view is worth.
