Ioseph, a young Tulsic man, flees persecution by an evil empire. In the city of Shaiaan, a mysterious figure named Okimoto D. Cheffei, an associate of Ioseph’s older brother, who fled the empire years earlier, takes him in and brings him to 113 Rodio Grove. There, bizarre events unfold with the mysterious roommates Ioseph finds himself with, while he gradually builds power in ritualism to prepare for his plan to infiltrate the empire he fled and free the loved ones he left behind from its clutches.
