by Daniel Sanchez #431
In a remote mountain village where humans live alongside rumors of things that should not exist, Riven's life is simple. He spends his days working in the forest and caring for his sick mother, while finding comfort in his relationship with Emma, a kind girl who lives with her family and dreams of becoming a healer. But strange things have begun to surface around the village. Whispers of forgotten creatures, ancient ruins, and something lurking beyond the village slowly turn their peaceful home into a place of uncertainty.
