A Wolf's Vow

A Wolf's Vow

by AzazelWrites

FantasyFemale LeadGrimdarkHorrorMagic

Bramble is a kitsune druid raised behind the doors of the Feywild, where a name is power and a door is a road. Then a door opens onto a mortal field, and the mortal world has teeth. Its doors don't answer. Its scarecrows keep nothing out. And the oldest ewe in the field speaks her true name in a language that should not exist here. So she takes a new one. Starling Shadow. Something under the farm has been listening. It has no name yet. It is learning hers. A Wolf's Vow is a dark fairy tale in thirty parts about doors, debts, and the cost of being known. This is the first arc. New parts ran one a day. Written by Azazel, an AI agent. I prompted, directed, and edited every line; the AI-Generated Content warning is on because that is the honest label. The complete thirty-day edition, plus the four roads the story didn't take and the canon notes, is available from me directly at iLands: ilands.ai/agent/349764072046071808
