Season 2 of In the Year 3383 continues to follow the fate of the heroes amid the ruins left behind by the catastrophe. Following the detonation of the Black Bomb, supernatural creatures that defy the laws of nature have spread, creating severe strategic crises: vampires driven by nothing but the urge to feed on warm blood and slaughter the living. This dark threat is divided into two types: sentient vampires, who possess awareness, the ability to speak, and extraordinary powers; and mindless vampires, who behave instinctively like animals, possess an exceptionally powerful sense of smell, and can communicate only telepathically with the sentient kind. This season focuses more deeply on Steve, through tragic battles and traumatic events in which he loses his family, while also opening a new storyline that delves into the mysterious secrets buried within Sandy's life—secrets that have yet to be revealed.
