Favor Emeka died in a war he could barely remember. Then he woke up in another world as a Level 999 necromancer with impossible wealth, an ancient fortress, and the title of Dark Lord. There was just one problem. The last Dark Lord spent twenty thousand years making sure everyone hated him. Now Favor has inherited his face, his power, his enemies—and an entire world waiting for the monster to return. But Favor has no interest in conquering anything. He wants to rebuild. Take in the unwanted. Restore his ruined nation. Make allies instead of corpses. And somehow convince people that the Dark Lord asking for a trade agreement isn't the beginning of another genocide. Along the way, he's joined by a teasing seven-foot stone woman who may technically be dating his house, a smug disgraced elven princess, a dangerously ambitious goblin engineer, and an increasingly strange collection of people who really aren't helping the rumors about the Dark Lord's personal life. Unfortunately, power can kill an army. It cannot erase history. And just as the world begins wondering whether the Dark Lord has truly changed, a Level 999 Hero appears—chosen by the light, adored by the people, surrounded by beautiful women, and determined to destroy him. Too bad the Hero might be the worse person ever.Chapters will be released daily so stay tuned.
