It hands out often embarrassing quests — kill the goblin, sure, he can do that, but also "Hold a stare with a waitress across the room for 5 seconds" or "make the water spirit fall for you by midnight." It never lies about the reward, though. It just loves watching him find out the hard way what he agreed to. Expect a comedy heavy story.
