Hero X Villain: Justice Rising

Bella Donna is dead.  That's what everyone thinks, anyway.  Meanwhile, Zach Fiere refuses to believe she's gone, and gets reckless enough to become an unregistered vigilante.  His father, the hero Golden Eagle, thinks this new "hero", Zack Justice, is responsible for what happened to Bella, and promises his city to hunt him down. Far below the warehouse, in the same tunnels Bella disappeared into, the Director dispatches his newest villain:  Nightshade.  Her mission is simple;  track down Justice, convert him to the villains' side, and hopefully don't get attached to him along the way.
