Hannibal

This isn't traditional fantasy. Hannibal, Missouri is an alternate-history industrial thriller set in an America that isn't quite the America you know. It's a story about a city. Its people. Its families. Its politics. Its violence. Its secrets. There will be no convenient system to explain what is happening. No prophecy telling you who to root for. No guaranteed progression path. Instead, you'll have to learn Hannibal the same way its characters do: by surviving it. It's steampunk with grime in the gears. If you're looking for a conventional Royal Road progression story, this probably isn't it. There are no character sheets. No levels. No skill trees. No system messages. No chosen hero waking up with a cheat ability. If you're looking for something strange, dark, character-driven, and unlike the usual, then... Welcome to Hannibal. Welcome to Aethenere
