Where he once sat with the big guns in the middle of a bustling command room, he now sits in a rickety old room behind a magical ass door that says "Reserved for Idiots". With a partner that treated being benched as if it was an achievement, and a boss who couldn't give less of a fuck, the odds of him retaining his sanity seemed way too low.  But that changed when Nocturne was handed a case that was more than their usual rounds of busywork. A case tied to his own fall from grace, which so happens to be tangled in Foundation politics as well. Solving it would be his golden ticket out of this place. Though to do so, he must first survive the disasters of his so-called co-workers. What to expect: * An ensemble cast full of competent idiots. I mean, who doesn't love a story where people are competent yet idiotic anyway? I do. Is that bad? * Characters making questionable decisions despite themselves. They just can't help it.
