This is a story about bounty hunter. On a normal, rainy day in Sanzu City in 1930, crime rates had recently skyrocketed; street gangs and criminal organizations had been causing a lot of trouble in various districts of the city. A pair of bounty hunters, a hawk and a mantis, operated under their private agency called The Red Hawks to hunt and capture criminals.
