Wes Sutton wakes up in a ten-square-meter room with a bottle of water, a loaf of bread, three coins, and three hours before the monsters arrive. Everyone gets the same start, along with one random talent. Wes's talent is a little different. Once a day, he receives one random reward from every survivor in his district. There are 100,000 people in his district. On the first day, Wes gets 100,000 loaves of bread. While everyone else heads into the dark to search for supplies and fight monsters, Wes decides he'd rather stay behind his door. He trades what he has, upgrades his room, and prepares for whatever comes next. The monsters get stronger every day. Fortunately, so does his shelter.
