Journey

Ethan Faryd, a knight messenger in a family line of messengers, enlists seeking the fatherland's tales of adventure and wonder in the new land of Journey, a land founded overseas by the knights thirty odd years ago, but settled by soldiers in fifteen, enough time to spur the youth in any man, young or old in what that new land could mean. But not one in Ethan's ship landing Company seems to entertain what Ethan sees in Journey, besides an on-and-off enlisted veteran named Montyr Henrietta, who obliges Ethan in half-toned silent-aired affirmations of the wonder he speaks of. However, Montyr Henrietta, a widower, is not there for adventure, no, but in finding his missing son, Sky Henrietta, whom he has not received an expected word from for a full year. The land of Journey, besides the forts and settlements (and even sometimes those), is wild and dangerous, large and feral, but also wondrous and beautiful. What these knights don't know although, is that in the dark parts of the map, the unfound night of the jungles, in the unseen land, is a native creature that could allow them to never be able to return home again.
