Genesis

Everyone is born with a Genesis. A small mark appears on the body at birth—different for every person. As they grow, so does the mark, slowly revealing a power that no one truly understands. For seventeen years, Riven Cross has lived with a Genesis that has barely changed. While others awaken powerful abilities and watch their marks spread across their bodies, his remains nothing more than a small, meaningless symbol. Until one day, it changes. What begins as a single alteration soon becomes something impossible—something that has never been recorded in human history. As his Genesis continues to grow, strange abilities begin to emerge, and with them come questions that have no answers. Why are humans born with Genesis? Why do the marks grow? And what happens when a Genesis reaches its final form? With powerful Genesis Bearers, dangerous creatures, ancient secrets, and a world built around a phenomenon nobody truly understands, he will have to uncover the truth behind the mark growing beneath his skin— before it consumes him.
