Welcome to Talmor, Human!

Kane lives alone in a cabin in the woods, and he's about to learn why you never go looking for a fireball that vanishes over the mountains. When he stumbles onto a towering wolf-like alien woman working on her ship, she pins him to the forest floor, sniffs him once, and walks away. He figures that's the end of it. It isn't. She follows him home, slices through his lock, and spends hours going through his cabin, sniffing everything, including him, and treating the place like it's already hers. Worn out and unable to stop her, Kane gives up and crashes in his own bed, with no idea what she wants or whether she's ever leaving.
