This is the story of a 20-year-old prince living in hiding—Kael Florian. His father, Alaric Florian, had been betrayed by his own family and cast out after being falsely accused; Kael’s journey is about exacting revenge on the kingdom and his grandmother, Elizabeth Florian. Ultimately, Kael intends to bring the entire kingdom to its knees and vindicate his father before everyone. Alaric and Kael’s mother had been exiled to the countryside, but Kael eventually returns, possessing god-like power.
