Phantom Protocol

Alessandra Reinhardt, a highly-trained Italian field agent of Legio, arrives in Virtue City, the superhero capital of North America, in search of her missing brother, Markus. Trained since birth in hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship, rapid combat assessment, and the clandestine arts of Italy's longest-lived secret intelligence society, Sandra thinks she has what it takes to find a hardened rogue agent. What she doesn't expect is that her search will bring her into conflict with her very ideals - duty, loyalty, and the very concept of heroism. In Virtue City, where thousands of superheroes make their home, where ordinary people live and work alongside gods, monsters, aliens and metahumans - despite weathering war, alien invasions, and countless villains seeking fame and fortune - Sandra discovers that the easy part may be finding Markus. The hard part is deciding what to do when she actually does.
