Overseer - [Psychological Urban Fantasy]

Every criminal in Anderis dreams of being hired as a Receiver for the Syndicate.  And for good reason: they'd be guaranteed work and pay, gain a fearsome reputation, and, for those few gifted with supernatural abilities, they'd be granted free rein to use their powers.  However, for the former-office worker—codenamed Rookie—the Syndicate's Retirement Scheme is all that matters.  "50,000 shares. That's all I need to erase myself from the outside world. Past, Present, and Future... I'll leave it all behind."  But with tensions rising between the nation's factions, rumblings of another War, and the headache-inducing voices he keeps hearing—cracks have formed in the thatched walls of Rookie's life, making way for his past to come pouring through.  One dreadful wave after the other.  Will Rookie attain the freedom he desperately desires? Or will he instead be drowned beneath the crushing tides of his past?  - Current release schedule will be daily: from Monday to Friday at 12:00 GMT.- Backlog is about 250k words.
