One rogue paladin. An army hunting her down. And a realm that doesn't even know what coffee is. Valeria Eventide stood against her king to save a village of innocents, abandoning her sacred oath and walking away from the Vanguard. Blessed by her patron with celestial magic and nuclear-blue flame, she has no home, no army, and a permanent scar carved into the king’s chest to ensure he’ll never stop hunting her. Val doesn't want conquest, power, or glory. She wants peace—and a place where weary travelers can find hearth, haven, and a fresh brew. But turning a blade into a sanctuary is easier said than done. Taking low-paying mercenary scraps, dodging royal scouts, and gathering rare ingredients across a hostile frontier, Val must use her steel one last time to build the haven she was denied. What to Expect: Protagonist: 6-foot female paladin with immensely powerful celestial magic and a heart for community. Vibe: High-stakes mercenary action blended with cozy sanctuary-building and slice-of-life warmth. Tropes: Rogue Oathkeeper, Found Family, Mercenary Guilds, Haven/Shop-Building. Posting Schedule: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri 6:15pm CST
