Worldbound: A World I Could Never Have Imagined

Ren Takahashi had always dreamed of seeing the world. But an illness prevented him from ever truly experiencing it. He spent most of his life watching the world from behind a screen, imagining what it would be like to travel beyond the place he called home. Then, one day, his life came to an end. After death, Ren is given a choice: return to Earth with a healthy body but lose everything he remembers, or be reincarnated in another world with his memories intact. He chooses the unknown. Reborn into a world of magic, monsters, and races he could have never imagined, Ren is given something he never had in his first life— A chance to finally see the world. But a new life isn't as easy as he imagined. He is starting again from nothing. He must learn the language, grow stronger, learn magic, and find his place in a world completely different from the one he left behind. And so, with a dream that never changed, Ren begins his journey. To see the world. Author's Note This is my first ever novel, so please keep that in mind while reading. I designed the story, world, characters, magic system, and overall plot myself, and I write each chapter myself. I use AI mainly to help polish my writing, fix grammar and punctuation, and occasionally catch inconsistencies or errors in the worldbuilding. I'm still learning how to write, so the quality may improve as the story progresses. There’s no fixed release schedule, so chapter release dates may vary depending on how much time I have and how quickly I’m able to write.
