by H.M. Nocturne
Bard Hill has spent many years investigating the things most people are sensible enough to ignore or avoid. Strange lights. Impossible coincidences. Unrelated patterns. When a routine investigation in the mountains of Northern New Mexico brings him to a road that doesn't follow the rules, a pair of cops from another time, and a dungeon that shouldn't exist, Bard finds himself caught in something stranger than anything he's investigated before. Somewhere in the midst of it all are a missing boy, a mysterious woman named Calypso, and a warning from a man Bard barely knows: Something is coming. The longer Bard follows the mystery, the less certain he becomes of the few things he still considered ordinary. Impossible Means is a supernatural mystery serial combining paranormal investigation, dark fantasy, and the exploration of the unknown.
