Heir of Ravenhearth. Vol.1

A Raven Among Wolves Crow Ravenhearth has always been an ordinary noble boy. At least, that's what he thought. Born into a respected family of warriors, Crow has spent his childhood training with the sword, learning magic, and occasionally getting into trouble with his siblings. His life is comfortable, if not exactly exciting. Until the Veyr family is massacred. The attack is blamed on the Bloodhounds, a mysterious group known for targeting nobles with ties to the Emperor. But when Crow encounters a strange hooded man shortly afterward, he begins to realize that the attack may be connected to something far closer to home. The stranger knows his family. He knows Crow's father. And, most unsettling of all, he claims Crow looks like someone else. Then Crow's swordsmanship begins to change. Movements he has never been taught come naturally to him, resembling the techniques of a long-dead ancestor whose past has been kept hidden from him. As questions surrounding his family begin to pile up, Crow is drawn into a journey far beyond the sheltered life he has always known. With an upcoming imperial banquet, old secrets resurfacing, dangerous enemies lurking in the shadows, and an entire continent waiting beyond his doorstep, Crow will have to discover who he is before the past discovers him first. A coming-of-age fantasy about family, friendship, rivalry, adventure, and the secrets buried beneath a noble name.
