Riot Controller [A Mecha Company-Building LitRPG]

Mason Rook is very good at punching Wrongborn.
Following orders is a more complicated skill.
After an R4 hunt ends with a teammate's career destroyed and Mason's own father firing him from Crownfield—the seventh-ranked hunting company in the world—Mason discovers that nobody else particularly wants the liability either. His combat record is exceptional. His teamwork record is not.
So Mason does the reasonable thing.
He steals a condemned forty-three-foot COFFIN, moves it into an abandoned industrial garage, welds a metal mohawk onto its head, installs speakers loud enough to irritate the neighbors, and founds Riot Controller Hunting Company.
The System gives him a path upward. Hunt Wrongborn. Earn Cleansing Contribution. Level up. Permanently reinforce his registered COFFIN. Complete contracts. Improve Riot Controller's clearance. Climb the rankings.
Unfortunately, the monsters are only half the job.
Heavy transport costs money. Repairs cost more. Insurance remembers everything. Valuable salvage means nothing if he can't legally store it. A badly scoped contract can cost more than killing the monster pays. And Mason's Authority, RUNAWAY, rewards him for doing the thing he is worst at resisting:
Keep hitting.
If Mason wants Riot Controller to become a real hunting company—and someday stand beside the giants he used to work for—he'll have to learn something no System window can teach him.
Winning the fight and finishing the job are not the same thing.
