In the world of Drandel, a strange energy has been found to reside in certain metals. So humanity as a whole decided the first thing they should do is weaponize... in the form of magic six-shooter pistols.Alten is a town known for its lawlessness (heck, even the State Quil police avoid it). Parker Sticks is a seventeen-year-old boy who has grown up in Alten all his life, and never had much ambition for anything in life. That was until his favorite soda shop burns to the ground thanks to a gang of bandits rampaging through Alten once again.Parker decides to round up his friends and become the Fearsome Five: a vigilante group willing to do the work that State Quil is too afraid to do themselves. At night they protect Alten, and during the day they screw around like any group of teenage boys does.Is protecting such a dangerous town really worth the effort? Maybe. Parker struggles with his new ambition and the safety of his comrades while learning about the true value of friendship and what it really means to pursue justice in a dangerous world.
