Remmi Gunner might be the luckiest gamer alive. Sure, he has a gnawing social anxiety. Yes, he has acquired an almost artistic toppling of gravitas in public or around girls. But not many teenagers can say they are making money playing video games. Courtesy of being the brother of a legendary pro gamer, his sister Laurie Gunner, Remmi has scored a ticket to participate in the Adventure Point beta, the newest game experienced fully in a virtual augmented world. But what is Remmi to do when the virtual world becomes too real? Or the worlds start to blur? What happens when he steps out from his sister’s shadow… then the shadow comes to play?
