Jasper only wanted enough money to buy a gift for someone who meant the world to him. When a paid 2 week long trial promises more money than he could earn in a month, it seems like the perfect opportunity. The work sounds demanding, but manageable. After all, people don't offer that kind of money for nothing. Days later, he vanishes. As his friends search for answers, they find themselves drawn into the same trial, one that was never meant to be survived. Trapped in an isolated forest, pursued by a relentless killer, and watched by an organisation with its own agenda, they soon realise the rules were never designed to keep them alive.
