If I were a doctor I would tell my patients to keep smoking because I like playing at Nightmare difficulty. In the faculty lounge it would be like "Ha! your teetotaler non smoking patient died of pneumonia at 80? My chain-smoking heavy drinker is still alive at 105!" Dr Zap will be a regular feature set in my "Juche scenario" universe.
