Meet Cam Kameirra: a hardcore gamer who met his end in the most ridiculously avoidable way imaginable. Reborn into a sprawling fantasy world just waiting to be explored, he quickly learns that absolutely nothing is going according to plan. Joined by a notoriously toxic priestess specializing in poisons (Malaria), a chronically dyslexic archmage (Mer), and Olga, a goblin who somehow tags along, Cam sets out to achieve the ultimate impossible dream: becoming the realm's very first Twitch-style streamer. Armed with zero survival skills and a whole lot of bad ideas, they’re about to broadcast the most chaotic disaster tour this fantasy continent has ever seen.

Hidden gem — exposure is the bottleneck
Readers who find this story follow it at a high rate; there just aren't enough of them. In our cohort data, near-daily posting lifted the odds of reaching 25 followers from ~0% to 17% — more chapters, shoutout swaps and ads buy the eyeballs this conversion deserves.
Benchmarks: 8,060 active Royal Road stories, percentiles within the 5–9 chapters band, cohort of 2026-07-02. Conversion is measured as followers gained per 1,000 views lifetime.
