A lifelong nomad seeks the meaning of "home". Slice-of-life, psychological, fantasy. Character-driven, set in an immersive original world. Clove has spent her life adrift as a nomad. Suddenly, the stars align and she fulfills her dream of settling down in one place, under one roof, among an eccentric community of people who welcome her with open arms. Even so, she finds herself fighting to hold onto all that she now calls home as internal and external forces alike threaten to displace and, possibly, destroy her. Interdimensional entanglement, arcane forces, and a very coincidental reunion come together to pose a myriad of problems for a former nomad who just wants to tend her garden in peace. For each chapter, installments are published on a weekly basis. There are publishing breaks in between chapters. Disclaimer: I'm aware that this is a slower publishing pace relative to other works here on RR. However, this is best rhythm for me as a writer. I'm always assessing my output capacity with my own well-being in mind, and that means accepting and respecting my own limitations. My hope is that the story is worth the wait between updates!
