Luke Taylor Evans is a sixteen-year-old boy living a comfortable life with his wealthy family. After his father died at a young age, his mother built a successful company and raised Luke, his older brother Kyle, and his two younger siblings. One ordinary day, Luke and Kyle are riding the subway when a mysterious light suddenly appears. In the next moment, tens of thousands of people are mysteriously transported to an unknown forest. There, a strange round creature known as a Nobo reveals the truth: they have been chosen for the Tower. But this isn’t a game. The participants are forced into a deadly Tutorial where they must fight monsters, gain levels, develop skills, and climb the Tower. Gods, demons, and mysterious higher beings are watching them, while even Earth itself can see what is happening. Luke soon discovers that he possesses several unusual abilities. One of them allows him to communicate telepathically with his brother Kyle. Another, Perfect Body, gives his body the ability to adapt and develop in ways he doesn’t fully understand. But his most mysterious ability is hidden behind a wall of question marks. As Luke, Kyle, and Julie begin their journey together, they quickly realize that surviving the Tower will require more than simply becoming strong. Because something about Luke is different. And the higher he climbs, the more the Tower begins to reveal about his strange abilities, his unknown potential, and the reason he was chosen in the first place.
