Snap was fifteen. Not a topper. Not a troublemaker. Just an ordinary boy who could never seem to meet anyone's expectations. His classmates mocked him. His teachers scolded him. Even after hours of studying, his grades refused to improve. But his mother never gave up on him. After his father's mysterious death, she raised Snap alone. His father had been a researcher obsessed with ancient Greek manuscripts—a man who supposedly died in an accident inside his own laboratory. Years later, Snap and his mother returned to their old home. His mother gave him only one warning: "Whatever you do, stay out of your father's laboratory." Naturally, Snap couldn't ignore it. One night, curiosity led him into the abandoned laboratory. Behind the ruins, he discovered a hidden corridor. At the end of it was a library. Hundreds of books about ancient Greece. And on an old wooden table sat a single diary. It was open. Snap wiped the dust from its cover. 1978 — RESEARCH DATA Beneath the date was a single word, written in his father's handwriting. DEATH Snap's heart stopped. His father had died years ago. So why had he written this? Snap took the diary to his room, locked the door, and opened the first page. And that was when everything changed.
