Give a man a sword and he can fight a monster. Give an engineer-minded smartass the power of Creation, and eventually he's going to build a civilization. Death was supposed to be the end. Instead, Zikakar wakes in an endless white void and is offered five impossible powers: Meteor. Time Stop. Dragon Lord. Infinite Treasury. Creation. Four of them have obvious limits. Creation doesn't. Dropped into an unfamiliar fantasy world with little more than the clothes on his back and a power he barely understands, Zikakar has to start somewhere. Water would be nice. Shelter would be better. Figuring out why an army of orcs is marching toward him would probably be smart, too. Fortunately, Creation is exactly what it sounds like. Unfortunately, creating something and knowing what to create are two very different problems. Creation expands with understanding. Intent guides Creation. And Zikakar has never been particularly good at leaving a solvable problem alone. One solution leads to another. Survival becomes cooperation. Cooperation becomes a settlement. New problems demand better tools, stronger defenses, stranger ideas, and increasingly ambitious creations. But no matter how powerful Creation becomes, Zikakar can't build a civilization by himself. Good thing he doesn't intend to. What to Expect - Civilization building that starts small and keeps growing - A Creation ability whose possibilities expand with understanding - An engineer-minded protagonist who would rather solve a problem than accept it - A growing cast whose skills, knowledge, and relationships matter - Technology, infrastructure, defenses, crafting, and increasingly ambitious creations - Adventure, warfare, humor, and the occasional ridiculous solution that works anyway - Progression without pages of stats or constant System notifications Acknowledgment The Creation Chronicle began as an interactive playthrough of Reincarnated With An OP Skill, an OOC title created by Nuzelle.
