Dao Forge Cultivator

He stole the Emperor’s Dao, now his body is steel, fresh from the forge. Sun Jianyu longs to be a cultivator, but in his village, he’s an outsider first. In the Burning Peaks, everyone is born with a taste of the Dao, fire marking their spirits. Yet Jianyu comes from the lands beyond, and try as he might, the flame is always just out of reach.  Becoming a blacksmith offers him a new path, but it’s not the flame that he finds. Sun Jianyu has touched Dao of the Forge, the Emperor’s Dao, and he’s not ready for the power, or the danger it grants. Venturing into the Forgelands,Jianyu must navigate through lands ripped away from a hundred different worlds. But his Dao has marked him as an unintended challenger to the Emperor’s rule, and his path will not be an easy one. With the help of his allies, followers of the Old Magics, Jianyu must master forbidden power to survive. But much stands in his way. Outlaws and a Great Divide, Spirit Beasts and Forgotten Gods. Even his own blood seems to be his enemy. Can Sun Jianyu unlock the power locked within him, before the eye of the Emperor finds him? Or will he be crushed by the hammer of the legendary Dao Forge, like so many before him?
