Something is wrong with Yunyue High, and the deaths are only the part everyone can see.The deeper Qin Xiao goes, the less stable the school becomes—until its modern campus begins to wear an older face, as though something buried in the mountain is bleeding through.People will love, betray, protect, and choose badly here. They will know better and do it anyway. Foolish, but it's humanity. A month after transferring to Yunyue High, Qin Xiao has finally begun to feel at home. Then an unknown System appears on the students' phones. It does not replace school life. It turns school life against them. Classes, games, food, information, rules, and group pressure—ordinary things become reasons to bargain, lie, protect, abandon, or obey. The rules can be studied, but understanding a rule does not mean understanding why it exists. As the pressure grows, the school's old order begins to bend. Friends close ranks. Small groups form around trust, resources, and whoever seems capable of keeping others alive. Some details that looked ordinary before the first chime begin to look deliberate. And whatever is happening at Yunyue High reaches farther into the mountain than anyone yet understands. What to Expect Tasks that grow more personal and cruel. Surviving them may eventually mean making someone else pay. Factions born from desperation, not design. Trust, information, resources, and influence become power. Consequences that outlive the task. People still have to face those they betrayed, resented, failed, or chose over someone else. A mystery that began before the first chime. Ordinary details may matter long before anyone realizes they were clues. Characters who are allowed to fail. You and I don't make it through life unscathed. Why should the characters? Romance: Slow-burn, messy, and uncomfortably real. Love can be selfish, unfair, painful—and still real. Progression: Limited supernatural abilities and character-driven growth—no levels, XP grinding, stat screens, or power-fantasy escape hatch. Releases: Mon–Fri Extras and specials never replace regular chapters. Weekend bonus: One extra chapter for every week the story gains a new follower. If you want more of Yunyue High, I'll be glad to keep writing it. Thank you for reading—and for stepping into Yunyue High with me.
