The Aion Convergence (Lite Sci Fi Mystery)

The algorithm that powers time travel to the past has been stolen, and four suspects have to figure out which of them did it before they're all brought up on charges...or the Space-Time Continuum implodes (whichever comes first). I am Lilith Lasley, doctoral candidate at the University of Northwest PseudoSci College and Bistro, Inc. and intern at the By Chance Museum of Quantum Curiosities, and I am sharing these classified files with 21st century Earth in the name of finally graduating. Probably it will not destroy your universe, and if it does, my dissertation committee has deemed that to be an acceptable risk. The Chronotrekkers are an elite squad of 21st century time scientists cleared to travel into humanity's history under one condition: do not interfere with the past. Four of the best cadets ever recruited have been given access to an algorithm capable of propelling their atoms across time and space to study major historical Earth events. And now someone on the team has stolen it. (Probably.) (Definitely.) Can they figure out who on their team did it, before time runs out? You will find these files in the form of interview transcripts, mission logs, and other various documents. Additionally, sometimes I will insert my own commentary, because this is my account and I can if I so desire. And also because my committee said I had to add my own thoughts if I wanted to use any of this for dissertation purposes. Fine.
