The Harvester

In a quiet corner of the Kingdom of Deer, a hidden lagoon becomes the meeting place for four young fawns whose laughter keeps the forest warm. When a timid newcomer appears at the water’s edge, the group welcomes him with the easy kindness only children possess. For the shy foal, it is the first time he has ever felt the simple joy of belonging. This tale follows a single day of friendship, innocence, and the quiet tremor of something approaching from far beyond the fawns’ understanding. A gentle beginning to a story whose roots reach deeper into the Kingdom of Deer than any of them realise.
