The Path of the Forsaken At the edge of a vast and ancient forest lies a small village known as Hopeless Village. To Chen Xi, it is simply home. Nineteen years old, with no cultivation talent and nothing remarkable about him, Chen Xi has spent his entire life living among the villagers he considers family. His days are peaceful, simple, and far removed from the ruthless world of cultivation. But on the day of his nineteenth birthday, his mother finally prepares to tell him the truth about their village. And the truth will change everything. As Chen Xi steps beyond the life he has always known, he discovers that the world is far larger—and far more dangerous—than he ever imagined. Sects, cultivators, ancient secrets, forbidden lands, mysterious forces, and enemies hidden in the shadows await him. With nothing but his determination and his own fists, Chen Xi will walk a path where talent alone is not enough. A path filled with blood, loss, friendship, betrayal, and countless mysteries. A path where the weak are forgotten... And where the forsaken must carve their own destiny. This is the story of Chen Xi. This is the beginning of his path.
