When the world fractured, everyone awakened a Class. Fighters killed monsters. Mages learned spells. Rangers hunted the ruins. Noah Reed got Quartermaster. No combat skills. No magic. Worse, killing monsters barely gives him experience. His Class only allows him to allocate resources to other people. At least, that's what it seems like. Then Noah gives a survivor a weapon—and gains experience when that survivor uses it. A doctor saves a life with medicine he supplied. An engineer restores power with tools he provided. And Noah realizes the truth. Everyone else levels themselves. He levels a civilization. In a world where strength is measured by individual power, Noah intends to prove that an army, a power grid, a hospital, and a functioning city are stronger than any single hero. If he can keep them alive long enough to build one.

Both levers trail the field
Traffic and conversion are both below comparable stories. Cadence is the first lever — stories posting near-daily reached 25 followers 17% of the time; stories posting every few days almost never did. Get the flow going, then re-check conversion.
